Livestock

Each year our show attracts some of the very best livestock from around the country. From Clydesdales to cattle our show rings are filled with some of the best animals in the country.

With over 350 showing classes over two days there is something for everyone to watch.

Our main ring in the centre of the showground has the most action with light horses taking place on the Friday and then on Saturday it's filled with our heavy horse and donkey classes, plus more entertainment.

Our winning livestock will take part in The Grand Parade on the Saturday afternoon. This is a main attraction for visitors who have the opportunity to see so many fantastic animals at once.
